Volodya Sokolov Thanks for the response. Responses below:

“Education plays a critical role in a democracy.”

I stopped reading the article, it not being written by an educated being.

Well, obviously the author is NOT writing about the United States of America, it being a REPUBLIC.

Asserting that education plays a critical role in a democracy is no way indicating that U.S is a democracy. I have written about the U.S Republic design and its oligarchic nature here , and I dont know how you arrive at that conclusion — https://medium.com/@exiledconsensus/the-noble-lie-american-democracy-and-alternatives-part-i-36e6078f2289

So, does that mean that education does NOT play a critical role in a republic!?!

If statement a is true and statement b is true; when one asserts statement a, it does not negate statement b. You’ll have to explain how you made that illogical leap.

Hummm!?!

The USA not placing in the TOP TWENTY thru FORTY NATIONS globally for math, science, and reading, reflects a high level of STUPIDITY in the USA (the USA placed #1 last in 1978 in math and science. which was back in my day.)

If you read the article, you will see my criticism of U.S education goes much deeper than the well-known facts about low ranking of U.S students today, including why it is in shambles today.

Considering, if the author IS speaking about the USA, that 1.5 TRILLION dollar debt is a waste of money on supposed “not too smart” students.

I don’t know what this is asserting and you give no evidence.

Get educated, dude, then come back and see if you can produce something of a higher level of intelligence.

If you read the article, you will see how hilariously ironic this statement is.
